A Brief History
My name is Mikayla Moretti and I am currently a junior at Slippery Rock University. I plan to enter a career in Event Management. I would like to work with a Pittsburgh professional sports team, specifically the Pittsburgh Penguins. Before SRU, I went to Allegheny College. Allegheny did not have a Sports Management major so that is the main reason I decided to transfer. I am glad I made the switch.

I feel your pain, I transferred from community college but a few of the schools I looked into other than SRU like University of Maryland, didn't have Sport Management as a degree. Which I still find frustrating seeing how much these big schools push their teams but they don't have sport management or even sport administration.
